Rebalance Your Energies

The combination of herbal medicine and Bach flower therapy can positively influence physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing across all body systems.

How it works

Herbal medicine profoundly impacts physical health by supporting metabolic processes and addressing specific systems, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, hormonal, immune, nervous, skin and urinary. It aids in regulation, balance, nourishment and pain reduction, and is particularly beneficial for women’s health during fertility, pregnancy, and menopause. Additionally, herbs can help manage adrenal stress, burnout, and conditions like anxiety and depression.

Bach flower therapy focuses on emotional health, alleviating issues such as anxiety, loneliness, depression, trauma, PTSD, fears, phobias, and panic. It is also safe for children and during pregnancy.

It is useful to have an outline of your past medical history and a clear impression of an ideal outcome from the treatment. The treatment may cause a little tiredness but not in every case.

Client Testimonials

I started working with Katie after I had covid. I was in quite an anxious state and was still feeling unwell. Someone whom I trusted recommended Katie and even during my first online consultation with her I felt that I was in good hands! This was because Katie was such a good listener and very intuitive about which herbs she felt would help, giving a good explanation about their properties. My covid symptoms soon eased thanks to my herbs from Katie as well as the emotional symptoms. I am still continuing to have consultations with Katie and sometimes liken the tinctures she formulates for me a bit like a tailor-made perfume as it's completely unique to me and underpins my health and wellbeing!

Katie was recommended to me by a friend as I had been through a traumatic period in my life and felt I needed some help to recharge and get back to 'me'. I felt very comfortable during my video consultation with Katie where she asked very pertinent questions. At the end she informed me of the herbs that she was proposing to use and explained the reasons for her choices. The herbal mixture arrived very quickly with a couple of herbal teabags which was a nice gesture. I found the mixture helped and over time I emailed Katie with how I was feeling and she evolved the mixture to support my changing needs. Katie is very knowledgeable, approachable and responds to any request promptly, I would recommend her to anyone who is seeking herbal remedies.
