Promote, Maintain, or Restore Health
Physiotherapy, established in 1896, is a multifaceted discipline that focuses on manual therapy, exercise, and a comprehensive understanding of body mechanics. This individualised approach aims to enhance mobility and overall wellbeing.
How it works
During a standard physiotherapy session, the Practitioner will assess your posture, gait, and balance, as well as evaluate muscle strength and flexibility. It is beneficial to wear clothing that allows for clear visibility of the relevant areas, such as shorts and a vest top. Following the assessment, the Practitioner will collaborate with you to create a tailored treatment plan that may include a combination of manual therapy and exercise therapy, addressing your specific needs and goals.
